I brought my vehicle in after it had been rear-ended. While the repair work was decent, they completely trashed my vehicle. When I went to pick it up, the entire interior was covered in an unknown blue s While the repair work was decent, they completely trashed my vehicle. When I went to pick it up, the entire interior was covered in an unknown blue substance. I was told it may be soap. I refused the vehicle in the condition it was in. Was told my vehicle was cleaned and ready the next day. Arrived at the dealership to find that it was still a mess. It looked like someone quickly tried to wipe it down, but it was still in the air vents and in every crack and crevice. Again, I left the vehicle for it to be appropriately cleaned. Was contacted the third day and was told it had been cleaned and was ready to go. When I showed up the vehicle was much better than the condition it had been in previously but the substance was still in multiple places inside the vehicle. I decided to take it and clean it myself as I couldn't keep leaving work early in hopes that my vehicle was ready. I regret taking it because upon bringing it home, I noticed even more of this substance soaked into my car seats, under the dash, on the sides of the center console, caked to the seatbelts and other places I had not seen. I will now have to pay to have the vehicle professionally detailed. I purchased this car from Curry as my family has always had good service from them. I'm amazed that a repair shop would not only trash a vehicle like this, but that their "detail shop" would do such a terrible job rectifying their mistake. I wasn't asking for any extras. I simply wanted my vehicle interior to be put back in the state it was in when I brought the car for repair. More
