I pushed back and reminded him that I scheduled my car for both and he went to the repair techs to ask and they took it which I was grateful for. I bring my car here for service all the time and have been a Curry customer for decades. I understand staffing issues are tough but if someone schedules a specifically known repair, be sure to honor it without any hesitation. More

Working with Max has been such a pleasure in terms of helping me find the car that I truly wanted. I come from a family who didn’t have little to no knowledge about financing a car and when it came down to providing efficient communication and support, that was not given AT ALL. Max and I spoke frequently and I had communicated to him of the amount that I was going to put down for the car. When it came to the day to sign paper work and go over that. The sales manager Casey I believe clearly did not communicate well with Max because she was under the impression that I was putting a different amount down rather than what I was originally putting down. AND because of that I lost out on the graduate credit and the loan from Honda. During the interaction with Casey, my father, and myself she bluntly told me in front of my father that she thought it was best that I looked at a used car because I couldn’t afford the one I originally picked. Not only did she assume that I couldn’t afford the car I picked, but she made me feel super embarrassed and small because of something that SHE ASSUMED. On top of that, I couldn't get the accessories I wanted because Honda wouldn’t add it to the loan, and I was expected to pay outright for it. When it came to the loan aspect of it the man me and my father were working with did not seem to care to support me and find the best interest for me. Overall. My experience with MAX was great and amazing, but when it came to the sales managers and financial team, it was absolutely distasteful and disappointing. More
