Hector is great with customer service. He listened and helped me request the best service at this time for our Curry Fit. He was spot on with the time estimate. We LOVE our Fit. Just two tweaks would improve it: 1) on my way home the tire pressure light came on (too high when checked)--this is too fussy a warning; and 2) the location of the seat warmer gets turns on accidentally quite often (either by our dog or by placing something on it). It took a long time for all the parts to come in (not Curry's issue but a Honda manufacturing issue) but all the work done (replaced front corner panel, passenger door body and mirror) as well as related Curry's issue but a Honda manufacturing issue) but all the work done (replaced front corner panel, passenger door body and mirror) as well as related electrical components was done completed with care and craftsmanship. You would never know my vehicle was the victim of someone opening their car door as I drove by. More
