A bunch of lying crooks My 1st review was immediately taken after I bought the vehicle Jan 13th and the worst experience & customer service I’ve ever dealt with & this 25k plus car is my most expensive a taken after I bought the vehicle Jan 13th and the worst experience & customer service I’ve ever dealt with & this 25k plus car is my most expensive and newest I’ve ever bought,I get better service and respect at Cedar Auto on worthington st in Spfld so Ma 1st lie they said I COULD NOT GET MY OWN AUTO LOAN from my own personal bank BIGGEST LIE within 5 min from salesman, I told him 20 times I had to leave before it got dark as I can’t see any longer driving in dark,Richie just kept babbling about himself NOTHING ABOUT THE 2019 Honda HRV because he didn’t even know anything and the few questions I asked again either he lied or was clueless,He didn’t even know the car just arrived 5 days ago on the 8th so we finally get our full 3 min and 1 block test drive & the car stunk but didn’t make a big deal YET Now I’d been there over an hour and I know more about the sales man then he knows about the car & now it’s almost 4 and getting dark and I kept telling him I need to go then I’m rushed into back office to talk to the man who supposedly would answer all my questions about car my APR % lots of unanswered questions The minute I sit down not even a congrats only words that came out his mouth were shoving IPad in my face saying sign here & then Me being disabled due to chronic pain I barely drive I might put 4k a year So this snake added a 6k extended warranty for which 3k was for free oil changes I might need every 2 years as he claimed it goes 7500 miles until next & Tires but the car only has 25k miles so the tires on the vehicle is impossible for the wear and tear so let’s pay that extra 3k When I should have another 70k left on the tires & at 5000 tops a year WHY WOULD I EVER NEED THESE SERVICES for 3k So my biggest mistake was trusting this dealership when I practically begged to come back tomorrow and not get stuck driving home in the dark so I was rushed & had absolutely NO CLUE that my 12k deposit and a few signatures BOUND ME FOR LIFE WITH THIS LEMON a month later is constant lies and issues & broken promises by store manager Will who begged me and called daily to take down this review from this site & he would handle everything personally and take care of all issues I don’t know where to start as so many constant lies I’ll begin with the loan the ALL LIED ABOUT claiming I can’t get a car loan through my own personal BOA so when I went to get my bank check for the 12k down payment The teller asks my why would I let them use MY BANK for their 9.79 APR & immediately set me up with my own car loan from my bank & as a platinum rewards customer I also get a little discount So now my new loan I got that they lied about was 7.29 NOT 9.79 so back to dealership I go with my new auto loan,I was sent away with every excuse and blamed everything on my bank & was told nobody could help me besides the rude man Josh that rushed and conned me They day before with all the extra UNWANTED OR NEEDED extended warranty on a 25k miles car & being handicapped limits all driving So the man has the nerve to start telling me how bad their sales were for 2022 & I’m complaining over 500$ I WAS LOST FOR WORDS & Said I don’t care if it’s 5$ the point was not really about money the lies about loan & as he’s reading it he’s making every excuse that nobody can help me except the man I had so many issues with the previous day,So since he had day off I HAD TO COME BACK for the 3rd day in a row ONLY FOR THIS MAN to BLAME EVERY THING ON BOA & I never said I wanted to switch my loan back to HONDA which is burrowing from my bank BUT I can’t according to them,He was not happy and took it out on me cuz they all got caught lying and it was a 2,000 better rates not the 500 the previous wasted time and gas NOW IM DEALING WITH THIS MAN JOSH again and have him take off the unneeded extended warranty of an extra 100 a month 😮 So I finally get my car the 17th and the 10 min wait I was told turned into 2 hours as Josh had to continuously call BOA AND match my APR I never asked for the longer it took the more irritated he became he was huffing and puffing loud,ROLLING HIS EYES AS I TRIED TO GET MY QUESTIONS in before I left with the car & absolutely nothing was answered & HE could no access MY PERSONAL LOAN FROM MY BANK so I stupidly tried to help since my ride was already waiting an hour & me personally wanted to walk out without the car at this point.So i do my best using my online banking app NO LUCK AS IT NEEDED TO BE DONE ON COMPUTER NOT PHONE. Much more wasted time as I’m doing his job and had already sat at BOA for hours fixing their mistakes & lies. NOW I HAVE TO PUT ALL MY PERSONAL INFO ON HIS COMPUTER since he can’t get nothing done to reverse the loan AGAIN & still blame everything on the bank So since I use my thumbprint for everything on my phone & my Apple ID & Password is in a safe place at home he only got more mad because I couldn’t remember my 20 letter password I kept reminding him I NEEDED TO LEAVE & his 10 min appointment was going on 2nd hour with nothing accomplished,I finally had to call my bank for him and get the information he couldn’t receive because it was my personal account & I had no clue AGAIN since they all blamed Bank of America so I finally get the loan number & ready to leave but he still expected me to stay 2 hours later to REDO the loan and match my APR & get the loan back to HONDA leaving me clueless I thought he just wanted the proof of my NEW loan and 2% lower APR I would have never known if the bank teller didn’t warn me that they do this to everyone NOT JUST ME.So that’s all going on before I even got my real test drive I was promised NOT the 1 block 2 min stroll around the block & I also said I wanted MY OWN PERSONAL MECHANIC to check out vehicle and take it on highway before spending over 30K MORE LIES and to my surprise they even put an inspection sticker good for a year NEVER heard of that or was told as that would have been a dealbreaker due to the 3 days of xxxx and lies and hours of wasted time and lots of pain for sitting around hours everyday fixing their mistakes.Now the problem only get worse by the day They claimed the car was just detailed 😂 Not at all even the outside tires were pure mud and it might have been vacuumed but none of the interior was just cleaned and it stunk bad So the next day I go to use my small cup holder under the 3 big ones & it was disgusting 🤢 THE STENCH ALONE made me & my 9 year old son gag It was full of filthy black Pennie’s & once I say the big fake women’s fingernail I didn’t look any further SO right back to the dealer & my 1st review was made on this site,So Will the manager apologized and had it supposedly detailed again NEVER happened they only cleaned the nasty cup holders and maybe dusted AGAIN the tires are still filthy and it still stunk NEVER bought a car or got a detail that didn’t smell fresh & clean especially after 2 details in 1 week I also still found brown gunk along the line of shifter I had to use a butter knife and scrape it off🤨 Now once my review was requested I told the complete TRUTH but not this detailed & long but it only gets worse,So I knew it was driving awful I assumed it was the swapped out tires they put on this vehicle with way more than 25k miles they continued to say it would be taken care of Then the minute I brought it up to Richie when I spent over 200$ on new mats because the thin cheap small cloth ones provided were a joke & it was like pulling teeth to get a hand or any help installing them as he seen us struggling He finally comes out just to grab the cardboard and disappeared for 15 plus min knowing I just asked for help Even my son’s father who waited hours for our 10 min meeting over the loan issues THE SEATS NEED TO BE MOVED AND FOLDED just to fit the vehicle & when he finally came back to help I mentioned to tires again & his rude answer was once it passes inspection it’s not their problem OMG I couldn’t wait to bring to my mechanic & inspection sticker knowing it would not pass BUT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE the vehicle only arrived on Jan 8th AS I HAD TO STRETCH MY BROKEN NECK JUST TO SEE THE SCREEN AS RICHIE talked about his 8 years at ford His 1995 honda He still drives BLAH BLAH BLAH nothing about the car as he had no clue because when I asked his answers were all wrong when I got home and had to you tube everything as nothing was showed to me or any features I should know about and why HONDA would not make a HRV without power seating like he told me,He claimed my sport edition was only missing a sunroof and heated seats which I could care less about BUT being in chronic pain 24/7 and no power seating was a dealbreaker for me but luckily my right side shoulder and arm are pain free it’s all on left side from head to toe so it was not impossible or unbearable using my right arm to reach under my seat every time I enter or leave as I’m only 4’11 and need to be very close to wheel just so my feet can reach the pedals So I didn’t realize I could just set it and forget it as I’m the only driver but no way I can get in & out when the seat needs to constantly be manually moved back and forth & since I was told NO HRVs have that option ANOTHER LIE. So it only took me a few miles to get home with the most uncomfortable bumpy ride even on brand new paved roads and it i slightly touched anything in the road it was SO LOUD AND HARD HITTING and shook my steering wheel A MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE my 1st 10 min ride home that just PASSED inspection for a full year but I got no warning they do it and I got no documentation how the inspection went & only went off car fax and the tires WERE UNAVAILABLE and left blank,So that just shows they are NOT the original with only 25k miles Or it would not be blank or letting me know how many more miles before they need to be replaced but IDK 🤷🏻♀️ but don’t believe a word that anyone says as the just pass the blame and promise to make it right I WAS TOLD the part would be ordered and fixed in a few days it took 3 weeks Now during that time & THE SECOND I STARTED THE CAR ON 17th to go home the electrical dash was also broken missing vital information blinking etc RITCHIE claimed it only happens when it’s cold and began slamming the top and pounding the glass with his fist because I said it not cold & we live in NEW ENGLAND so every time it gets cold I won’t know how much gas is left or my speed limit A MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE that again just passed inspection according to them it was mint condition & sticker was good for the whole year,So after Will calling everyday to take my 1st review ONLY about the lies about loan and the filthy smelly car NO ISSUES WITH ACTUAL CAR YET BECAUSE MY 2 minute test drive WILL SAID ITS THE LAW I can’t drive any longer or hit the highway as I was promised & NEVER IN A MILLON YEARS I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT PURCHASING ANY VEHICLE FOR 30k with no choice or voice during the process,Then begged to take down the review and promised by manager to ONLY DEAL WITH HIM AND ID HAVE NO MORE ISSUES. & once it went live he could not take it down nor could these Facts and all truthful reviews I was asked about at the time So again on Christmas Eve it was going live and he called again ON CHRISTMAS EVE pretending to care about anything but me taking my review down SO ONCE AGAIN I was nice enough to email you and have it taken down because store manager Will would be handling any matters moving forward and make sure everything was done honestly and right the 1st time & all that was done In the 1st week HAD TO BE FIXED as I’m under warranty SO no favors were done & he even sent me to deal with the same miserable man who screwed up & lied about the whole loan knowing I had issues & guess what HE SCREWED it up again I had 2 loans for same car MY PERSONAL CAR LOAN from BOA and Hondas loan from my bank as well but Honda kept the 12K down payment and left the rate @ 9.79 rate 2 grand more then mine they lied about and said I couldn’t,SO BACK TO BANK as I had been to HONDA The 13 14 15 took home 17 back on 22 to clean the funk left in my cup holder ONLY TO PICK IT UP still with filthy tires and stank With 2 detailed cleanings in One week Richie told me he cleaned it SO IS THE SALESMAN the one who details and leaves a 30k car and it’s stank with a disgusting surprise in the cup holders or the flimsy cheap cloth mats were FULL of dirt and crumbs on the 17 when I had to immediately spend another 200 before I drove away with them as I thought they were only used for test drives after a 12k deposit for a dirty smelly car with passenger side awful STRUT & the full dashboard was not working 2 major safety problems I found myself within a day That just got detailed Twice Brought in on the 8th Passed inspection before the 13th But I take it home the 17th and all these issues SO AFTER I took the review was taken down by me for believing Will Not 1 phone call since & when I called him to ask about a refund or trading ANY options I have to not deal with this headache,cherry picked car that could never have passed inspection with the 2 major problems within days of leaving,Mr I’m here to help with anything changes his TUNE IMMEDIATELY AND SAID I DONT EVEN HAVE 3 days to return very rude & we got disconnected I call back immediately & he didn’t answer on a Thursday,No return call Friday or Saturday KNOWING MY 3 day strut fix was going on 3 weeks and I only drove it back and forth to Honda as I didn’t feel safe driving it with 2 safety issues & my 9 yr old son SO CHECK THE MILEAGE AND DO THE MATH back in forth 10 times in 2 weeks and it should equal how much was driven and wasted a full tank of gas As IT FINALLY GOT FIXED YESTERDAY because I had to call again Sat since Will didn’t respond or return my call in 3 days since I asked about policy refunds or returns & we got disconnected the minute he said I don’t even get 3 days I DEFINITELY SHOULD FOR A LEMON & BOA is getting me expert advice & My 12k down payment was to be transferred back for my personal Auto Loan But HONDA LEFT 2 loans open for one car and still managed to keep my 12k and switch my loan back AGAIN is unreal & Who was supposed to tell a disabled woman’s 1st time financing ANYTHING ???? Just LIE LIE LIE & get away with it is absurd SO NOW the car got fixed almost a month later & the minute I drive away it is still the bumpiest distracting thumps when you avoid every pot hole & it’s still drives awful, So once again I call and speak to John the other store manager who only got put in the messy situation everytime Will wasn’t available,Says if I WANT TO have it checked again UMM 🤔 WANT or it needs to be checked as the problem was not resolved It did get better with new strut meaning my whole car stopped shaking & the wheel was vibrating every tiny bump but it’s definitely not completely fixed SO I THINK I WOULD LIKE IT TO BE CHECKED OUT thanks for the option I waited 3 weeks for not 3 days as promised by Will so everything he said he would make right and I’d be taken care of was not to do with making things right IT WAS ALL A MUST FIX WITH MY 90 DAY WARRANTY or does that mean nothing & he’s having it done out of kindness and the making everything Right just so I would take down my 1st review & NOT 1 phone call since Christmas Eve when I was nice enough to take down the review & everything only gets worse & all I got was a free car wash THANK YOU SO MUCH I AM SO LUCKY TO MAYBE CLEAN MY TIRES AFTER 2 detailed cleanings & still drive horrible I tell John as I’ve told everyone else my 2010 Chevy Equinox drives smoother better & my 5 year old cheap townfair tires with same 25k miles look brand new & when he gave me the choice to come back he said 2 totally different cars and it’s normal that the Chevy drives better and it’s 9 years older CANT MAKE THIS STUFF UP & will always voice my opinion & let the TRUTH BE TOLD I EVEN ASKED HOW THEIR RATINGS ARE SO GOOD & if they beg every customer with a bad review and call everyday until you take it down NO WAY IM THE ONLY ONE sorry soooo long but it’s been a very long month that NOBODY should ever have to deal with WHEN BUYING THE BEST AND MOST EXPENSIVE CAR OF their lives and should last the rest of mine NOT a huge headache like it’s my fault they are crooks holding my 12k hostage UNREAL More
