As I stated in my review. I had leased a new car and there was no inspection done before they gave me the car. I had to come back for the inspection. It should never have been given to me until that was done, but it was Christmas Eve and people had gone home early.. Plus, I was talked into (senior female alone in a dealership) a lease when I wanted a purchase. There is a complaint on file with the MA Attorney General.

Remy, Hello, my name is Jason Aller. I am the service director for Curry Honda. I wanted to reach out and apologize for the length of time it took for the Mass state inspection to be done on Monday afternoon. I was speaking with Tom while he was waiting as I have known him for years and been servicing his vehicles for as long as I can remember here. He is a very nice person and has always been very kind. I was unaware of exactly what he was waiting for when I was talking with him, as soon as I found out I had the state inspector come from our Nissan building where he was having his surprise catered lunch and take care of it immediately. Our service advisor that wrote him up was unaware the inspector was still here on the premises and told him we were waiting for him to come back. I don’t want you to think this is how it is here, we usually have a backup inspector available but was not here that day, unfortunately. This is an uncommon error and will not happen again. I tried to call Tom personally to apologize, but could only leave a message this morning. Tom seemed ok Monday before he left, but I was unaware he was upset and feel bad about that. Please let him know we are sorry for the length of time it took. I left my information below so you could reach out to me and speak about the situation if needed. Please know your salesman Cyrus really had no part in this unfortunate event and I wouldn't like to see him suffer on a survey from my service department's mistake. Please don’t rate Cyrus based on this service visit, I promise I will make it up to you and Tom in the future. I hope the rest of your holiday season is well and Happy New Year to you both!
