Excellent service department! I blew out my tire and needed a replacement. I was at work and couldn’t get to the dealer till later in the day and it was the day before thanksgiving. I contacted the serv needed a replacement. I was at work and couldn’t get to the dealer till later in the day and it was the day before thanksgiving. I contacted the service department and they had me send a picture of my tire over. They were able to order it while I was at work! Then when I got there I just had to leave my tire and go about my holiday prepping and they called me back when it was ready. A very unfortunate accident for me that day but Curry Nissan Service Department in Chicopee really helped make it so much better! I spent 20 min max at the dealership that day. Thank you so much to Jay and Neil! More
