Needed my car serviced with an oil change, fix airbag sensor, change air filter, and check cd player. Vehicle was dropped off overnight and received a phone call before 10 am the next day. I thought Curry Nissan was a reputable dealer, but I was wrong. I was planning on buying a 2016 Nissan Frontier. I was supposed to pick it up last Saturday. I gave them a nearly half down payment. The salesmen Alex was very professional. The financial rep Shane was the one who told me they weren't able to release the truck to me because THEY DONT HAVE THE TITLE!! AFTER had signed all of the paperwork!! Therefore, I'm forced to take a loaner. Because I already had a buyer for my other car. I had test driver this truck twice, and they never said there wasn't a title. This is very unprofessional to say the least. More

They did not give me the correct value for my trade in, but they were able to rectify this. After this, I waited a month for my registration. It never came in the mail and after going up they responded with "oh, it is right here in your file." No call, email or text that they had it. The service department has been wonderful. More
