I was not happy with the service that I received yesterday. I felt I was told that I needed more services that I needed. At my last visit I was given a paper that listed everything I should have done at 15,000 I felt I was told that I needed more services that I needed. At my last visit I was given a paper that listed everything I should have done at 15,000 miles. I only have 8,923 miles on my car. The items on the paper they gave me at that time would have totaled $249. I told the service dept. that I didn't need all those service items and only wanted an oil change, tire rotation and new wipers. When I brought my car in the service person insisted I needed a list of other things that was never previously discussed. I was afraid of what he told me and wish my husband had been with me. So instead of $249 it cost me $320.13. The new items that they said I needed at 8,923 miles was to drain and refill the radiator, and perform a brake fluid exchange. I really don't think that my car needed these services at this mileage but I was told that it was. I don't like being blind-sided like this and feel that I was taken advantage of. More

I got just the right car! As a middle aged single woman, it's always a little stressful to go to a dealer to purchase a car. I was greeted at reception with a smile and when I found out that the car I came in to buy had already sold, she got to work and found me another on that was identical. I was seated with Alex. a young, capable, friendly dealer. He didn't try to butter me up, make stupid jokes, or over sell me with anything. Financing was an equally positive experience. I met with Fitz who was competent and again, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need or want. Overall I felt listened to and respected, and I feel like I got a good deal. I love my new Kicks! More

took 5 days to get the car, unorganized, unhelpful the only person helpful there was Fitz, everyone else was unorganized and didn't know the right information about what was going on with my car. i ori the only person helpful there was Fitz, everyone else was unorganized and didn't know the right information about what was going on with my car. i originally was set up with Mike (who no longer works there) and since my information was set up with him, when everything was going wrong i was forwarded to someone else who didn't really understand what was going on and what the situation was. I traded in my old car, and Peter said my plates were already cancelled and sent to my insurance company (which was a lie because my insurance company still ended up charging me for the month because the plates were still active). I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to easily get in and out with a new vehicle. More

Excellent customer service jay was very friendly , he took the time to show me the visual inspection of tires , wipers, ect so I was aware what they look for wear and tear.
