I brought my daughters car in for a diagnostic when Steve called me to let me know they couldn’t fix the car he tried telling me the diagnostic was way more than what I was quoted! When I told him what I was called me to let me know they couldn’t fix the car he tried telling me the diagnostic was way more than what I was quoted! When I told him what I was quoted he then asked who quoted me that as if I was lying! Then I told him I wouldn’t be able to get the car until Wednesday or Thursday due to my work schedule which seemed fine until he then called me Wednesday to tell me the “manager” told him to let me know they would be tacking on a storage fee!! So again trying to over charge me when I told him I couldn’t get there until Wednesday or Thursday! More
