Wonderful Service I called the dealership to talk about pricing and I was connected with Ed Blauvelt. I told him I wanted a CR-V 2018 and I was about to go buy the car I called the dealership to talk about pricing and I was connected with Ed Blauvelt. I told him I wanted a CR-V 2018 and I was about to go buy the car from another dealer. I told Ed the price I was going to pay and he came back with a wonderful price that I could not turn down. I went in an meet with Ed that same day, His knowledge and understanding was great. Needless to say I brought the car the next day. Excellent and Knowledgeable Service When I first entered Honda, I just wanted info regarding new and certified used cars. I asked for pricing on the both new and used vehicles. Ed Blauv When I first entered Honda, I just wanted info regarding new and certified used cars. I asked for pricing on the both new and used vehicles. Ed Blauvelt, the Salesman that assisted me, gave me different pricing and introduced me to exactly what I could afford. I was so impressed by Ed Blauvelt giving numerous pricing on new and used cars. Ed really listened to me and showed me a used car I was interested in. Ed was not pushy or overbearing at all. I thanked Ed and told him I need to think about it and would come back if I am interested in purching the 2016 honda. I returned to Honda a few hours later and I also looked at the 2016 again, however after looking at the 2018 HRV EX and driving it and Ed going over the pricing, I decided that a new car was better for my needs and also the warranty was excellent and decided to purchase the extra warranty. Again Ed was not overbearing and made sure that this car was right for me and also offered to show me other Honda s as well. So my decision was to puchase the 2018 HRV EX and the pricing was drawn up and I came back the next day to purchase this car. Ed was not there the next day and Chris Mrijaj assisted me with the contract and all the paper work necessary for purchase. I was so impressed with Chris Mrijaj as well. Chris was nothing but accurate and so courteous. Chris took off the plates from my corrolla of which I wanted to keep my plates rather getting new plates and then proceeded to explain the details and operation of the car. Also he assisted with parring my phone on he WIFI. He answered and asked if I had any questions and that I could also come back with any questions. The whole process with the purchase of this car was nothing but comfortable of which these two salesman made extremely sure I was. I have already expressed to my family and friends to look at this Honda dealer and gave people the names of the two salesman who assisted me. I thank Ed and Chris so much for their expertise. The sales rep (Chris M) reached out to us based on our previous inquiry when a potential buyer for our trade-in was found. He then worked with us to review a number of car options and reach a deal that we are satisfied with. Overall I felt the effort our sales rep put in was better than expected and his attention to our particular needs was exceptional. We appreciated his efforts to address our questions and find answers to any questions he did not immediately have an answer for. Walking in, we were not seriously planning on replacing our old car, but the deal came close enough to our target price on a vehicle that met our needs that we bought our new (used) CR-V.
