Terri is very knowledgeable, a good listener, not pushy, and is patient even when we have changed our mind a few times. A 2000 Accord we bought there we kept 17 years and a 2005 Accord we kept 12 years. Their Service department is excellent, and is honest and trustworthy. If they tell you your car needs something, you can believe them. We had a transmission problem past the warranty period, and they dealt with us fairly. A Very Helpful and Friendly Dealership! My wife and I visited Curtiss Ryan Honda a few years ago to purchase a new Honda Civic. We were helped by Jim Cossette who was very helpful throughout the entire process. I recently needed to purchase a used car, so we went back to see Jim and he was able to find me a great Honda CRV that afternoon and I drove it home that day. I thought the price was fair, and so far I love my Honda CRV. It recently developed an issue where the rear hatch doesn't open, but on my first oil & oil filter change (which was free) they checked it out and will replace the faulty switch under my extended warrantee. The part is on order. They also responded to my opinion that I thought the battery was getting week. It failed under their load test so they replaced my battery under the warrantee too. The folks I have dealt with at Curtis Ryan have been very friendly like Kaitlyn Nolan in the service department. They provided me a complimentary ride home while my car was being serviced and they picked me up when my car was ready that afternoon. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone who needs a new or used car! My father-in-law purchased a car from them too and he drove all the way from Old Saybrook to Shelton to get his car serviced. We had to fly in from Tampa, purchase the ca for our daughterr, and return the next day; all the dealings were done over the phone or email prior to the visit. We hadn't seen their vehicle and they hadn't seen our trade in. To their credit, everything was taken care of with utmost professionalism and courtesy, and the price we agreed was the price we paid. There was no pressure to buy additional packages, no last minute bait and switch etc. The salesmen we dealt with - Brian Zavoluk and Scott Glazer - were gentlemen to the core. I am not sure if we got the lowest price on the new car, or if they gave the highest price for our trade in - but they gave a deal that seemed very fair and acceptable to us. It was a real pleasure dealing with them. I would gladly buy another car from these folks any day. I strongly recommend this dealership. More
