This dealership has really gone down hill. I remember when they cared about their customers. I went in to buy my 4th civic and the salesman told me the price is Msrp. I get it cars are not available. All when they cared about their customers. I went in to buy my 4th civic and the salesman told me the price is Msrp. I get it cars are not available. All I asked was to take a couple hundred dollars off. The salesman joe went and asked and came back and said the manager Norman said they would not take any money off. The guy didn’t even have the decency to come talk to us. When we left he was leaning on the front desk on his phone. Clearly they don’t care about their customers anymore. I think they had a change in ownership. Not what they use to be. We went to Honda in Westport they took a few hundred dollars off. We told them we would think about it and he called us Tuesday and we picked up our new civic from them More
