We set out this morning with a list of multiple used Honda Pilots to look at - at 4 different dealers. Our first stop was Curtiss Ryan and Chris was our sales person. He was fabulous. Rory Singer I had recently found myself in the market for a certified pre-owned car after needing repairs that surpassed the worth of my current car. My parents h I had recently found myself in the market for a certified pre-owned car after needing repairs that surpassed the worth of my current car. My parents have purchased 3 cars from this dealership over the last 10 years and had nothing but positive things to say about their level of professionalism and warranties. We scheduled an appointment to meet with a salesperson, and when we told the staff member who took the call what we were looking for in a salesperson they recommended Rory Singer. Wow! From the moment we stepped inside he made it feel like we were meeting with an old friend. I was extremely stressed prior to going (who loves unexpectedly needing a new car in the middle of a pandemic?) but he made me feel totally relaxed. He listened to what my needs and budget were, and didn't make me feel pressured to go above what I could do. He provided an array of cars for me to choose from, and laid out what potential payments would look like with financing. The whole process was made extremely easy to understand thanks to his thoroughness and attention to my needs. He explained how each of the warranties would play out with buying a car that is certified. Nothing about this experience felt 'cheesy' as I expected it to. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, and Rory Singer specifically to anyone in the market for any vehicle, new or used.
