DO NOT GET BODYWORK DONE AT THIS SHOP! I brought my car to Curtis Ryan after being in a car accident back in 2005, soon after purchasing it. My car was never the same after the accident. If you sat in my back seat it always sounded like the back window was open, even when it was not. After about a year the clear coat started to peal off and my trunk started leaking. I didn't take it back into the Curtis Ryan because soon after the repair was done I moved out of state to California. I was recently rear ended. The auto body shop I brought my car to informed me that who ever worked on my car in the past did one of the worst patch up jobs they have ever seen. The quarter panel was welded poorly, they left my right frame rail so twisted that my rear windshield was not sitting correctly. The only reason my trunk didn't show leaks right after the accident was because they used an insane amount of sealant to patch up the wholes. I called Curtis Ryan to let them know of their poor work. Frank in the bodywork department wouldn't let me get a word in, yelled at me and then hung up on me. I had a great experience buying my car at this dealership, but I'm sad to say they are by far the worst auto body shop to get work done on your car and do not stand by their work. If you get into a car accident go to an insurance approved shop, they will at least stand by their work for the lifetime of the car. More
Incompetent Service Department Brought my 2006 Honda Odyssey for service a few months back because my alarm kept going off on its own and the driver’s side seat belt was always wet Brought my 2006 Honda Odyssey for service a few months back because my alarm kept going off on its own and the driver’s side seat belt was always wet after it rained. The van was there for 4 days and I kept getting the same message from the department, “we’re still checking. Not sure what it is yet.” They finally determined it was the switches on the sliding doors which they “fixed.” They also told me they readjusted the driver’s side door so the seatbelt issue was also taken care of. Today a few months later, the problem is back. Wet seatbelt, alarm firing on its own and Curtis Ryan calls saying it’s another part on the sunroof. I said, “so fix it considering it wasn’t done last time.” The manager says, “it’s going to be $112 to start plus about 4 hours or so to determine if that is the true issue.” REALLY??? So the problem wasn’t fixed the first time and now I have to pay more money for inadequate service? What happens 3 months from now?? This dealership is by far the WORST I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re thinking about a Honda DO NOT use Curtis Ryan!!!! More

My review is specifically for a service experience. I do not understand why Curtiss Ryan refuses to provide a couresy loaner car or shuttle service on a vehicle safety recall. I've been dealing with Curtiss Ryan Honda for almost 10 years. I purchased my first Honda there and regularly went back for service. About 15 months ago, I purchased another Honda from a different Honda de years. I purchased my first Honda there and regularly went back for service. About 15 months ago, I purchased another Honda from a different Honda dealership closer to my home and began going there for service. That's when I realized how wonderful Curtiss Ryan is. The Service Dept. is excellent, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable - great Customer Service. I've switched back to Curtiss Ryan and I'm now driving 40 minutes to get my car serviced, but it's worth it to me! More
Took my car to this dealer for oil change a few times , then i had rotor work done. I had some vibration issues in my car and he didn't want to even look at it. Everybody was very rude to me. THEY MAKE YOU WAIT AND STAND THERE LIKE YOU HAVE EGG ON YOUR FACE WHILE I WAS ONLY THERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE THE GIRL THAT DOES THE OIL CHANGE WRITE UPS IS A FRIGGEN WAIT AND STAND THERE LIKE YOU HAVE EGG ON YOUR FACE WHILE I WAS ONLY THERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE THE GIRL THAT DOES THE OIL CHANGE WRITE UPS IS A FRIGGEN MORON I ASKED A SIMPLE QUESTION ABOUT TIRES AND SHE COULD NOT EVEN ANSWER IT SHE HAD TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO ANSWER IT FOR HER. IF YOU CANNOT HANDLE THE SIMPLEST QUESTION YOU SHOULDN'T BE IN THE LINE OF FIRE. THEY ADVERTISE 30 MINUTE OIL CHANGES NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED WELL I WAS THERE FOR OVER AN HOUR AND THEN THEY LOST MY KEYS WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT? WHILE I WAS THERE I OBSERVED THE SERVICE MANAGER BELITTLING ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES, SHE LOOKED AS THOUGH SHE WAS ABOUT TO CRY THAT IS VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. WHILE I WAS WATCHING THEM SCRAMBLE FOR MY KEYS ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS VERY RUDE AND PASSED A BODILY NOISE INFRONT OF EVERYBODY, THAT IS SO DISGUSTING. We have purchased over 10 Hondas from this dealership. They have been new, leased, and used. They have never given us any problems about anything and have even bent over backwards to see if they can get u They have been new, leased, and used. I have nothing but great things to say about them. They have done tons of bodywork for us and have always stood behind their work. My husband and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a reputable dealership. More
