DCH Academy Honda has long been a place I count on for maintaining my Honda Civic(s) over the years. Jenna, my Service Advisor, is wonderful and keeps me on track with vehicle maintenance. She is extremel maintaining my Honda Civic(s) over the years. Jenna, my Service Advisor, is wonderful and keeps me on track with vehicle maintenance. She is extremely thorough in reviewing my service records with me, immediately prior to a scheduled appointment, and she also makes recommendations for what is needed down the road for subsequent visits. If there is additional recommended service(s) arising from technicians' findings during a scheduled visit, Jenna explains everything clearly and reviews the added costs for those recommendations. The time and effort Jenna takes to review my Service records is extremely helpful in planning for maintenance and costs. She is an excellent Service Advisor!!! More

We did the test drive the day before we purchased the car. When we went to pick the car up it was almost closing time. We didn't bother to do the test drive again. My wife drove the car to home. We found car. When we went to pick the car up it was almost closing time. We didn't bother to do the test drive again. My wife drove the car to home. We found one of the tire was punctured and found that one of the screw the dealership use to put the license plate on. Immediately call the next day and explain the situation. The person who helped us told me that the don't want to take the responsibility for that. We spend $41k on that car, now you disowned us. I will think twice to do business with DCH again. More
