Some circumstances had changed and the '18 CRV I had did not suit my need, I was in need of a Pilot. Megan was great at answering all of my questions, guiding me through the many different scenarios that this new path could take. We were able to work all things out and Megan was there each step of the way and incredible at helping me get exactly what I wanted without making it ridiculous. I was able to drive off in a 2020 Pilot. And I could not be any happier! I have another vehicle looking to trade in and there is no where or no one else I would trust going to and recommend.
