From the start she made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. We explained our situation and our budget and she assured us, that she would get us into the vehicle we wanted. She walked us through the painless process with a big smile. We also chatted with her about our grandchildren and she told us about her nephews. One time I called Megan accidentally on Thursday.
