Tyler was very kind and took his time to understand my needs. We agreed upon a fair number and I left the dealership happy in my new Accord. Fraudulent diagnostic to sell you unneeded parts and repairs They mislead me in order to get a higher fee for the diagnostic. ($285 instead of $135) by REMOVING my remote start and car alarm, telling me that the They mislead me in order to get a higher fee for the diagnostic. ($285 instead of $135) by REMOVING my remote start and car alarm, telling me that the diagnostic could NOT be done without complete removal. taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. They made fraudulent claims that I needed parts and repairs that I did not need. $1,800 for a new starter and alternator! I declined repairs, and brought it to another shop. My starter and alternator were fine. The cause was a rusted loose wire and a missing plug. ($300) They also "misplaced" my remote control from my key chain never to be seen again. After contacting them, and charging them with fraudulent activities, I was told that if I could prove the vehicle didn't require those parts to be fixed and I could send them the proof receipt from the other shop, I would receive a refund. I did, via e-mail I didn't hear back. I physically went back to the service department, where I was told by not one but two employees including the service manager that I would be getting a refund, and that they would try to also get the funds to replace my "lost" remote control ($59.95) Days later I got a phone call from that same service manager telling me that I would receive nothing. Completely untrustworthy and dishonest. More

Great buying experience. I had an excellent experience working with Bryan Gamble, Megan Byrnes, Hon Fung and Veronica Galluccio back in Nov 2017. I had been looking for a new I had an excellent experience working with Bryan Gamble, Megan Byrnes, Hon Fung and Veronica Galluccio back in Nov 2017. I had been looking for a new vehicle for a while. Thru an internet search I found the Civic Hatchback in the trim and color my wife wanted and the price I was comfortable with. I was really hesitant in purchasing a vehicle at this dealership because of the recent horrific experience with the service department over a simple issue and I had to contact Honda Headquarters to assist. The manager tried contacting me over their text messaging service in which I have yet to receive a response to. Besides that issue, I waited a few days and decided to send an internet request. Megan Byrnes contacted me right away and confirmed the vehicle was still available and the price. She set me up with Bryan Gamble and went for a test drive that night. I ended up taking the car home. Bryan and Hon Fung quickly set up paperwork. I guess thru the haste and excitement I also bought a dealer "extra" that I felt later was not worth the money. Bryan, Hon, and Veronica Galluccio quickly arranged to reverse the charge. Although it took some time and emails back and forth, the refund was processed and finished. Veronica stayed in contact throughout the waiting period. Bryan, Megan, Hon, and Veronica really helped put some faith back in the dealership. I'm still cautious of the service department, but I definitely would work with the sales team again More
