They made the process of buying the vehicle very quick and easy. I came in November to reserve the car and Ian was very thorough in providing updates to the arrival of the car. Great experience this week buying my RAV4. Was immediately greeted by Ann Kaplan who was great. There was 0 pushiness or feeling like I was being sold something I didn't want. Then when I made the purchase and spoke with the finance gentleman, he took was a pleasure to deal with.
