Went in to the dealer to just check out a used bmw they just got in. Ian was available and showed me the car and let me test drive it. He was very polite and easy to get along with. We talked over numbers for a little bit and eventually came to an agreement to take the car. On final signing the number changed slightly and I wasn’t happy and told Ian I am sorry but had to pass, Ian went above and beyond and still got me a better number than I was given. I appreciate it the long hours he spent with me at the dealer and also stayed with me till after closing to get the car prepped and ready for me to drive home.
