Gotta be quick, watch the numbers Oye, Price offered on my trade in, mysteriously dropped 500 bucks on the preliminary closing docs, whoops, glad I caught that 2nd Strike - 374 Oye, Price offered on my trade in, mysteriously dropped 500 bucks on the preliminary closing docs, whoops, glad I caught that 2nd Strike - 374.00 for window etching already on the vehicle - (A 40 $ job at most) with an insurance policy add on that pays out 5K if your current auto policy does. Pass. 3rd. 499 Documents fee,,, NJ document registration fee is 15$ I pushed back but I think they had enough and were ready to walk me out of the show room. There is a room of cubicles with people working on computers interfacing directly with sales staff, I think these are the Internet sale people fielding leads to the floor sales staff, it was interesting to wonder if they were updating data on the automobiles while people were in store engaged in the sales process. I saw the client management system print out from the lead generated by my online inquiry submission, it had all kinds of interesting tracking info on it. To suceed and thrive as a dealership in this competitive market place you need to have all cylinders firing, lead generation, sales process improvement, internet marketing, not to mention the intangibles,,, the psychology of selling for example (See Og Mandino). Impressive operation. Oh did I mention that I got an incredible deal and love my new vehicle, did'nt want you to think I was going all negative, just pay attention to whats going on you may save more money than you think.
