I finally was able to get the service I paid for. Tiffany was on top of it. Only thing I question was the need for a differential service because my vehicle threw a code. I then advised Tiffany that Tiffany was on top of it. Only thing I question was the need for a differential service because my vehicle threw a code. I then advised Tiffany that couldn't be possible because I already had that service done. My understanding was once the first differential Service was completed the next didn't need to be done for another 30,000 mile under normal driving conditions. I truly do not believe my truck will need a differential service at every other engine oil change interval. More
