It was terrible communication. Got calls from 2 different people yo drop of vehicle on different dates. I took off to drop of vehicle last Thursday. There was no apology. Instead justin was extremely arrogant, disrespectful and blaming us for it. He knew exact issue what happened but never accepted and put blame on us. Worst experience ever. I would be skeptical To use service again. More

Staff was really nice to work with. However 3 hours for a oil change and light bulb is not right. The long wait was that the shop had no oil for my car and had to order it local.
