Worst car-buying experience ever. I bought a car from DCH Kay Honda on April 1st. It's been almost a month now, and I haven't received my plates, title, or registration. My temp plate I bought a car from DCH Kay Honda on April 1st. It's been almost a month now, and I haven't received my plates, title, or registration. My temp plate is expiring in a couple of days. I've been calling Louis and Jordan with no reply. According to receptionist Kayla, the issue is they need a form from insurance to register in MA. I already had Jordan and Louise talk with my insurance company on April 1st regarding this; on that day, they said everything was good. At this point, I have no idea where to go; there is zero communication from them. This is so frustrating. If there's an issue, why not contact back and solve it together instead of the silent treatment? When buying the car, I was charged extra fees to do this whole process so I wouldn't have to go through this. At this point, I can't even drive my car properly. I have been pulled over 4 times now due to not having plates on my car. They don't care about their customers once they get their money. I would never recommend them to anyone. I had bought multiple cars from different states and never had this issue. More
