She did not put pressure or emphasis on “closing a deal” but instead truly showed an understanding of what I wanted and needed from the purchase. Throughout the process many employees came up and introduced themselves and made conversation, making light of a usually nerve-racking and stressful purchase. Not only did we find the perfect car, but at the end of everything Madison even took the time out of her night to deliver the car to my home.
