He genuinely wanted to give me the best deal I could get. Absolute pleasure to work with. Being a “Zero Hassle” dealership to me was a red flag and meant “we don’t make deals other than the price we advertise”, boy was I wrong. Zero Hassle at this dealership means: we will do everything in our power to make this as easy and accommodations as possible. Now for the sales manager Mike Lyttle... AGAIN such a pleasure to work with these gentleman! I came in hard with a take it or leave it attitude and he knew exactly how to treat me. I had expectations for my trade that NO ONE has been able to meet until I spoke with Mike. He really made me feel good about the deal we made and addressed my concern for my trade value and my absolute limit on payment. Overall met every aspect of what I needed to make a deal and all with an honest and straightforward approach. They don’t operate as a corporate machine, they treat you as an individual and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
