Purchase of New 2020 Odyssey EX-L Everyone was extremely polite. Got the price below invoice that I wanted. Lower than quotes from Honda Universe and Honda Freehold in the area. This was the 2nd Odyssey I had bought at your dealership. Bought a 2012 Odyssey EX-L here as well. I also bought an Accord here in 2015. My only disappointment was; The two cars that I bought here and the first Odyssey EX-L (2002) which I bought at Freehold Honda all came with Michelin Tires at no extra charge. Even when in the case of the '12 Odyssey and "15 Accord the new cars came originally with Bridgestones on the cars. Which are decent tires that should be mounted on the trim levels of the models I bought. I asked on those occasions if I could have Michelins instead and that was no problem. They were provided. This time on the 2020 Odyssey EX-L I bought were a much cheaper version of Firestones considerably of less quality than either Bridgestones or Michelins. This is an EX-L trim Odyssey priced at MSRP $37,960.00. I asked if I could have Michelins put on the car and was told only if I paid extra for the tires. I thought at least I would be offered Bridgestones at no extra charge. I asked. Was told no to that as well without paying extra. So I wound up paying an extra $700 for four Michelins (Which would have cost about $880 if I got them without buying a new car). So I at least knocked a few dollars off the retail price. I went out into the dealer lot as a '20 Odyssey Elite Trim was out on the lot to see what tires came with that trim. It had Bridgestones. So it seemed Honda the company, not the dealership, has chosen to put much lower quality tires on what I consider also a higher end trim of the EX-L Odysseys now. And there was no getting better quality tires without paying extra for them. Guess you gotta spend more than $40K on a new car to get good quality tires on Odysseys. That was not the case with the other Odysseys and Accord I bought in past years. So that was my only disappointment in this deal. And this was a straight cash deal, no financing. Otherwise everything else was fine, and everyone was extremely polite and friendly. So I give four stars on my rating since I felt i should have been able to at least get bridgestone quality tires on the new Odyssey without paying extra. And in the ol' days one could even get Michelins..... More

Quality car at a fair price with Arnaud Kegbe I was flirting with a BMW X1 and Audi Q3 for $5,000 to $8,000 more than my 2020 Honda Accord purchase, but realized the value and many more features m I was flirting with a BMW X1 and Audi Q3 for $5,000 to $8,000 more than my 2020 Honda Accord purchase, but realized the value and many more features my Accord will give me; most importantly peace of mind. Commercials and “luxury” brands were tempting but at the end of the day performance, affordability and reliability won. I even got all the features those other brands offered.
