Prior to my visit, I already did my due diligence and knew what model and trim level I wanted, and felt comfortable with a fair and reasonable price to push for. Arnaud met me by the front after I floated around for a few minutes and asked if he could help. He had a great attitude but I still didn’t think I was going to leave the dealership with the deal I was pursuing. Once we sat down, I told him what I wanted and why, and he quickly was able to make it work. There was no back and forth, drawn out negotiations or games played.
