I am officially naming Bill Sutera and Alex Bernabe “The Dynamic Duo” of DCH Honda! While I’m sure they have other wonderful people/teams, these are the two people we worked with to get our new Honda CR-V! Dynamic Duo” of DCH Honda! While I’m sure they have other wonderful people/teams, these are the two people we worked with to get our new Honda CR-V! Both went above and beyond to get us our new vehicle the same day that we showed up (which was late in the evening). It was so refreshing to get an amazing price/deal without the infamous “well, I’ll have to go ask my manager if we can do better” BS. Literally the first dealership I’ve ever dealt with that did not use that line. They gave me such an incredible deal/price from the beginning that I didn’t even have to think about trying to get a better price. The fact that they came through in this climate of “no cars available” with the exact car we wanted, in the color we wanted, at the price we wanted, and got it ready for us to drive out of the dealership with that night, surpasses any experience I’ve ever had.
