I originally went in for an oil change on my 2024 Honda HR-V Sport AWD in Milano Red — a car I lovingly kept in pristine, like-new condition, with only 3,000 miles after 17 months. It was always hand-washed and detailed by me, accessorized inside and out, and parked safely in my driveway. To my delight, Chong Lee provided a great quote that included added accessories and a fair trade-in difference. The transition was seamless, thanks to the wonderful Kay Mercado, who handled everything with warmth and professionalism.
