I am always suspicious of auto dealerships that usually use high pressure tactics to sell a car. At DCH Honda, I experienced the opposite with Kay Mercado. She asked me what my budget would allow, and then use high pressure tactics to sell a car. At DCH Honda, I experienced the opposite with Kay Mercado.
