An extremely dishonest individual explained insurance options to us. We explicitly stated what we wanted and what we did not, but he completely ignored our requests and did whatever he pleased. This person is highly irresponsible and should not be working there, lying to customers who have just paid a $9.000 deposit. I want absolutely nothing to do with this company or this representative.
