Time passed, then my husband & I finally decided on a Pilot in Feb 2018. Alex walked us through the purchase process, explaining the next steps and making sure we were comfortable. He was sensitive to our needs and even managed to get us food, which was a bonus since it was lunch time. All in all, we were at the dealership from 10am - 3pm on a Saturday. But Alex really made the experience positive overall. We could have left from the dealership hungry. Instead we left satisfied and super happy about our new purchase. We would definitely recommend Alex to anyone in the market for a car! More
