Not keeping up their promise I brought my car for a service recall and was promised a ride to and back to dealership. I waited almost one hour for the shuttle and asked driver him I brought my car for a service recall and was promised a ride to and back to dealership. I waited almost one hour for the shuttle and asked driver him if I'll be picked up from home between 1:30 to 2:30 PM as I needed to pickup my daughter from school. He said he can not assured me of that. Talked to one of service associate who was very unconcerned and rude and told that they can not promise me a pickup by 2:30 PM, which they did when making appointment for the service, I was told to just wait in the lobby for the car to be done. I was very disappoointed with thier service and lack of professionalism. I will not ever go to that dealership again. More

Excellent Service I had bought a CRV almost 12 years ago from Honda. It had over 200,000 miles but was still attached to my vehicle. I went to Paramus Honda just to lo I had bought a CRV almost 12 years ago from Honda. It had over 200,000 miles but was still attached to my vehicle. I went to Paramus Honda just to look. Manny my salesman showed me a few cars. He kept in touch with me. I went to other dealerships but at the end I went back to Manny. He was patient, never pushy. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I've been very happy with Honda since my purchase of the crv but I could have gone to another Honda. The service took me back to Paramus Honda. More
