Service Visit I have always trusted letting Honda Dealer servicing my car but this place made me think twice. My dashcam hidden in the car was stolen. The fact th I have always trusted letting Honda Dealer servicing my car but this place made me think twice. My dashcam hidden in the car was stolen. The fact that my bigger and more expense GPS was left inside the car make it clear that is an insider job as the thief knows taking the bigger GPS would risk getting caught by the security cameras. Just want to leave a warning message to anyone planning to have work done here that there are some dishonest people working in this dealership. Update: Via security camera the person involved will no longer be working at Honda and the issue is now resolved. More

Excellent experience Dee went above and beyond, I was looking for a vehicle and I couldn't make it to the dealer in order to see it. Upgraded appearance, downgraded in customer service Horrible customer service. Brought car in for recall of airbag. Was told that I needed over $600.00 in repairs. Left the car there from early morning to late evening - all day. Among other repairs had my rear brake pads replaced. Left dealership and brakes started squealing. Spoke to Customer Service and brought car back at 7:15 a.m. The Representative neglected to say that the Technician would be in until 8:00 a.m. I was upset and asked to speak to the Manager of DCH Honda in Paramus, NJ. The Manager didn't feel he needed to speak to me - waited 45 minutes - no Manager in sight. After all of this I was told that the front pad brakes were squealing. Very car poor service and even worse customer service. You need to work on your customer service skills. I will never buy another Honda just for the poor service received. More

Terrible service from salesman Leslie S. I went in on two separate occasions within two years and both were terrible. The first time, the receptionist looked at me as if I were trash, sucked I went in on two separate occasions within two years and both were terrible. The first time, the receptionist looked at me as if I were trash, sucked her teeth at me and made me feel as if I were not good enough for her time. On the second occasion, I went on two nights and the first gentleman who helped me, Wilmer, was pleasant and cordial. We could not agree on a price and that's ok, it's a part of the experience. I went the following day to see if I went up, if they would go up down a little and we'd meet halfway. Leslie S. helped me and he was rude, would not let me finish speaking, spoke over me, interrupted me and put his hands up to silence me. In 2016 I bought a Camry because of the experience and bought a Civic from planet Honda instead this year. Don't go to this dealership. More
