Excellent service and help from the team at DCH Paramus We went into the dealership a little up in the air about what we wanted to do, but Hamad was very patient and easy to deal with throughout the whole t We went into the dealership a little up in the air about what we wanted to do, but Hamad was very patient and easy to deal with throughout the whole transaction and made it obvious that he would not be happy unless I was happy with the car I ultimately decided to buy (2016 Honda Civic EX). Matt was able to work out a deal with us for the financing rate and we ended up walking away with a car I was happy with and a price i was happy with. We dealt with Mike briefly as we signed papers but he was also very friendly and happy. After all the paper work was signed and the car was officially mine, Hamad came out to the car with me and my family and went over all the new features of the car and made sure I was conformable and understood everything and triple checked I had his number in case I had a question about anything. Overall it was a good experience and after visiting a few places it was nice to talk to people who you didn't feel like were just completely out for a profit. More

Exceptional Service! I traded my old car in yesterday and purchased a brand new Honda Accord Sport. My father and I were extremely pleased with the level of expertise Dhim I traded my old car in yesterday and purchased a brand new Honda Accord Sport.
