Best Dealership I been using honda for the last 5yrs doing lease. But it my first time coming to this location in Paramus. Its the first time I meet a Sales person so I been using honda for the last 5yrs doing lease. But it my first time coming to this location in Paramus. Ohhhhhhh The only thing I wish this dealer ship has is working on there stuff to be more friendly to the customer, I know were all tired and we all have our own problems but dont bring it at work, the receptionist give us a face when we walk in ( angry saying "what do you need") its the first time in my life i meet a receptionist like that. And while we waiting for our Sales person my kids are so excited to see our new car... Yes i would say we might be a little loud (5yrs and 2yrs) but the receptionist told us to be quite coz she cant hear the phone and give us a face with her not so nice way! Dude! Were customerssssss. Be nice to us. She didnt even offer us a chair and she will tell us to be quite! We been waiting there for 20mins by the way. Please please be nice to the customers and be more friendly. Thanks.
