Everyone from the outside, customer service desk and staff indoors were very welcoming and offered to assist. Everyone was professionally dressed and was easily identifiable as DCH workers, because they either had a name identification tag or wearing a DCH top. My sales associate Leslie Solomon was highly professional and extremely helpful in assisting me decicing on the right vehicle of my choice. He broke down all the automotive terms so I could understand which was very helpful in making a decision. The service time was fast yet efficient and thorough. He went the extra mile to ensure that the vehicle I choose was readily available. Upon picking up the vehicle, he took the time out to give me the basic guidelines of operation which was of great help and he also made himself available via phone or store stops if I have any questions or concerns going forward. I would recommend him to anyone and I'm sure they will find his service exceptional. My finance associate Mike Ehirim was also very professional and very helpful in getting the best financial option that suits me. His service was rather quick yet thorough and efficient. I was rather surprised that I didn't have a long wait time and had to give him my personal compliment. Overall great business experience.
