I came in with a situation and they were so genuine. They truly wanted to see me in a brand new car. The salesperson Michael Blocker and the manager Angel, were both there to answer any concerns I had about trading in my vehicle and it's application to the new car purchase. They broke everything down step-by-step without making my partner and I feel like idiots. They are compassionate and I could not have asked for a better experience. In fact, I am already going to go back when my mother finishes her lease. I also have other family members that I am recommending to head to them. What a fantastic experience. Look for Michael and Angel. These guys were legit. Also, the finance manager Robert was excellent. Funny old guy. But knew his stuff and also answered my questions pertaining to signing and documents. Overall 10 out of 10, would recommend. More

Purchased a used vehicle a year ago (Feb 2025). Within a little over two months starting having issues with the car. It was burning oil and check engine light on. Contacted the dealership and told them what was going on and the issues. I bought it in for the oil consumption test and they confirmed burning oil from the tank after 1000 miles. That is all they did and directed me to call Kia. Basically washed their hands of any responsibility of selling me a vehicle with engine issues two months after purchase. The vehicle requires we add oil every 1000 miles. The vehicle continues to run rough. NO ONE from Toyota dealership has followed up about the concerns. A year later I still dealing with this vehicle I purchased from Toyota Wappingers dealership. Right now a year later the vehicle is sitting in my driveway and has to go in the shop again. My son and I are sharing one car. I am very leery about purchasing another car from the dealership or recommending the dealership. After the purchase I was asked to complete the survey but I decided to wait. Selling me the car is the easy part. I want to know what do you do to stand behind your vehicle. My experiences has shown me you sell the cars but don't stand behind and wash your hands of any responsibility. More
