Service department Michael in service was just wonderful. I was using a cane and after my inspection was done he actually brought my paperwork to me so I didn’t have to Michael in service was just wonderful. A visit that Im told will be 1 hour is easily 2 hours or more. I cannot give up my whole afternoon to sit there and leaving the car is not an option for me at this point. This is also the second time that my settings for the radio were cleared. Just an annoyance. And I couldn’t submit this form without naming a person I worked with. I don’t remember her name so I picked a name at random. An option to leave that blank would be helpful. More
Tundra tune up gone wrong Got my 4.7 v8 serviced on my 2005 tundra in September of 2017. Timing belt, water pump and spark plugs all done plus a serpentine belt change. Since t Got my 4.7 v8 serviced on my 2005 tundra in September of 2017. Timing belt, water pump and spark plugs all done plus a serpentine belt change. Since then the truck has sounded horrible with belt squealing and chirping noises. Truck has always ran great, but wow 1400 dollars for a tune up made it sound like a real xxx. Brought it back on many occasions and the service department put another serpentine belt on it. That did nothing to help. Instead they tried selling me some nonsense AC bracket for 618 dollars. This is an ongoing issue. It’s been there on other occasions afterwards for the same issue with no luck or resolution. Truck still sounds horrible. On top of this, the frame was recalled on my truck 5 years ago or so. Toyota brought the truck in and sprayed the rusty frame down. Years later, I’m poking rot holes through my frame with my hand. What a joke. Thanks Toyota of Wappingers Falls. My truck has almost needed 1000 dollars of welding to keep the frame in tact. It’s a 2005 and should have gotten a new frame like many other tundras and sequoias of my model year today. More
