Slow for just 25000 mile checkup. I was greeted by one team member saying someone from my team would help me then said oh she is not around. I guess i'll have to help you. Nice Salesman Michael Newsham was a good salesman to work with. He was very helpful. He explained all of our concerns and answered questions. We came in on Monday and wanted to pick up new car on Wednesday, but finance guy was off Wednesday and Thursday and we had to wait until Saturday to pick up. We asked for different finance guy who was working Wednesday and were told Robert was next one up and could not change.. That we did not like. More
