Best Car Buying Experience in 35 years. After first being contacted by Carmelita by phone , I reviewed the selection by e-mail that she sent.that afternoon. My wife called her at 5 PM and After first being contacted by Carmelita by phone , I reviewed the selection by e-mail that she sent.that afternoon. My wife called her at 5 PM and said we would like to come over to look at the2012 Coralla. We were greeted by Mike Steinke at the door and he was very professional in his salesmanship of the vehicle. He brought us out to the car and my wife sat in the drivers seat and we went for a short spin and she was sold. We proceeded to answer some basic questions about our credit and finance . We then met Mike Smith for a brief few minutes and and he told us we would take delivery after he checked with Toyota credit by tuesday the 25th. We came in on wedesday the 26th at 5;30 pm and closed the deal for the purchase. Mike was very professional and helpful during the process to show us several ways we could add extra features to the purchase. and to explain the warranty for the car. My wife then had a walk thru with Mike Steinke on all the features and off she went to our home. I stayed behind to meet Mr Patel who thanked us for our business and said if h couls help to call anytime. Barbara came in thursday to have the fabric and paint protection applied and was completed in less than 2 hours. I had to give up my 14 year old rav4,it served us well. we have a 2007 rav4 so we decided to get a camry which we've also had before. we are Toyota loyalist it has never disappointed us. the first dealership we went to was not a good experience. they left out important information&,the sales person actually asked us if we were good negotiators! we left dreading the experience of buying a new car. the next day we went to dch . all we can say is they are honest ,above board ,they give you their best price right away. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful Michael Gottuso was our sales consultant, what a wonderful experience. we bought a camry 2014. From the beginning to end it was a great experience! When you show up on the lot you will be greeted with smiles from an available sales consultant. Our sales consultant was Akeem Jackson and he was great to you show up on the lot you will be greeted with smiles from an available sales consultant. Our sales consultant was Akeem Jackson and he was great to work with. Akeem was attentive, courteous and best of all patient. Every buyer has their own needs and we feel he addressed ours very well. We did a ton of research on three row crossovers and narrowed down our choices to a new 2014 Toyota Highlander or a 2014 Honda Pilot. Akeem was able to gauge our knowledge of the vehicle and did not bother to oversell it like a lot of pushy salesmen we have dealt with. We also feel the need to mention that we entered the dealership with our 5 year old son and multiple members of the staff made us feel comfortable. Our son was especially content with the popcorn and available beverages. I can continue to write for quite a while describing the entire experience but will just sum it up by saying the dealership as a whole was a friendly environment and the fact that multiple staff members from sales to management bothered to introduce themselves and make us feel comfortable speaks volumes about the way this dealership cares for potential customers. Now we just have to see how they do over the next few years keeping us happy and servicing our beautiful new vehicle. More
