What a pleasure! I went to DCH, arriving at 4:15pm on a Sunday. They close at 5:00. I meet with Nathaniel Picket, a Certified Sales Consultant and told him what I wa I went to DCH, arriving at 4:15pm on a Sunday. They close at 5:00. I meet with Nathaniel Picket, a Certified Sales Consultant and told him what I was interested in. He went and got the keys and we took a test drive. Nate made we feel very comfortable while on the drive, even making sure I had enough time in the car in order to form a valid opinion. When we got back I told him I was interested in the car and he started the process. By 6:00 the papers were signed and I owned the car, and not once did I feel like I was putting anyone out by keeping them there after hours. Nathaniel made the experience a very enjoyable one, which is what it should be, not a task to be endured. I had arrived by myself and was not able to take the car home that night. Nate said that that was fine and he would have the car prepped and ready for me whenever it would be convenient. I told him that I could take the train up the next day around noon. He felt that would work and offered to pick me up at the train station if necessary. I actually took my bicycle on the train so did not need a ride. Upon arriving back at DCH Nate had the car outside looking great. The staff really cleaned it up nicely. He put the plates on, made sure the insurance card was in the car and let me know to call him for any reason. I really like the car and having the buying experience being so painless only adds to the satisfaction of owning a new to me car. In the scheme of things the car was not very expensive, about $11,000, which in todays market is not that much, but Nate made me feel like I was getting a great car and a great price. More
