I had been going through the hardship of looking at cars on line and at dealerships, confused and unsure on what I wanted... I stopped into DCH to look at Toyotas..I had never had a Toyota but as a member o on line and at dealerships, confused and unsure on what I wanted... I stopped into DCH to look at Toyotas..I had never had a Toyota but as a member of the Kiwanis I had been to the DCH lot and knew that they supported our "catching Kids caring" awards to local school children and it seemed like a good place to stop in and "just look" I was approached by Leroy Porter on this frigid day. He was so easy going, and relally listened. I felt comfortable with him and he took the time to show me a few vehicles that matched what I described what I had in mind. We sat in the Rav4... a perfect mix of "car and SUV" and I thought ... this is nice. I asked him if I could come back later and show my boyfriend ... he said that was fine and gave me my card. He didn't push, he really seemed to understand and I appreciated that so much. Later I came back, we all went out for a drive and Leroy knew everything about the car. When I decided that I wanted to finance he did everything he could to make that part as easy as possible. He knew what I wanted to spend per month and he spent time ( even though it was getting late) to make sure Toyota would offer me the best offer available. I left that night feeling that I made a great choice...days later I still agree.I would recommend this dealership, Leroy and Michael Smith ( finance mgr) to anyone looking for an auto. More

I would like to thank Tommy Jordan (Service advisor) very much for his help in getting my 2009 Toyota corolla fixed for the water pump issue, and the unexpected issues that came up during regular inspection much for his help in getting my 2009 Toyota corolla fixed for the water pump issue, and the unexpected issues that came up during regular inspection as well. My wife and I came to DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota after utilizing the USAA Auto Circle. The dealership was the top recommended dealer through our bank and advertised the most competitive starting price for utilizing the USAA Auto Circle. The dealership was the top recommended dealer through our bank and advertised the most competitive starting price for the vehicle with the features that we wanted. When we arrived at the deal we met Akeem when we entered the building. He was immediately friendly and considerate, and put us in contact with who we requested immediately. He also asked what vehicle we were interested in buying and prepared the vehicle for us to test drive. After we had a brief meeting with the internet sales representative, we took a 2014 Toyota Tacoma on a test drive with Akeem. It happened that the vehicle that Akeem brought out for us to test drive was the exact vehicle with the exact features that we were interested in. Akeem did an excellent job in making the sale with us and continued his friendly and professional manner throughout the purchasing process. We then met Cory, the financial manager, for final sale and payment. He was also very friendly, explained all of our options and found us the best possible way to purchase the vehicle at the best price. He also helped us manage the purchase to ensure that our monthly payments were within our desired range. It was a great experience purchasing our 2014 Toyota Tacoma at this dealership. More

I called DCH Toyota on Friday 2/28/14 to inquire about getting a Prius. I drive a lot of miles for work and need a car with great gas mileage. The girl I spoke to on the phone asked me to come in the nex getting a Prius. I drive a lot of miles for work and need a car with great gas mileage. The girl I spoke to on the phone asked me to come in the next day to meet a sales person. I went in saturday at around 3pm. After spending about an hour with my salesman Doug, i had picked out a car. After about another 45 min they had my financing set and I was ready to take the car home. Doug and Rob Schaeffer were great. They showed me all about the car and all its features. In 40+ years, I would say this is the best car buying experience we've ever had. The price was lower than Edmunds.com quoted for the area and included 3 options, 0% financing for 5 years and the friendl experience we've ever had. We did our homework online and I think we scored the best deal possible without having to drive 3 hours away.
