We had been to several Toyota dealerships previously but found our time with M.J. Herring to be the most rewarding. His knowledge of the Highlander is extensive and he thoroughly answered every question we had. He was also able to secure an option (passenger side lumbar support) which my wife needs for her back condition. The electronic systems for most new cars can be daunting and the Highlander certainly has its share of phenomenal "bells and whistles" but M.J. made sure that we understood them and walked us through their operation. We would certainly recommend this dealership and, M.J. in particular, to anyone interested in buying a Toyota. More
