My husband and I have purchased at least 8 new Toyotas, but this was our first visit to DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. Our salesman, Robert Mentesana is fairly new and did a great job. This is my third Toyota purchase, but my first with DCH Wappingers and as I sat at the salesman's desk I turned to my husband and told him this was the best experience we ever had. It was a no fuss, zero Wappingers and as I sat at the salesman's desk I turned to my husband and told him this was the best experience we ever had. It was a no fuss, zero anxiety transaction. That's from Bobby Pucher, our salesman to Rob in finance and finally one of the owners that personally thanked us for our business. We can't say enough about Bobby. He didn't have the typical car salesman approach which was so refreshing. I can only explain it as buying a car from a long time friend. That's how comfortable he made it. Down to earth, informative and attentive. Can't ask for more than that. He was just terrific. DCH is not the closest Toyota dealership to my house, but it's exceptional compared to others that are a stones throw away.
