Ou DCH Wappingers Toyota proves that purchasing a new vehicle and having an enjoyable experience are not oxymoronic, and in truth can be compatible. Our down to earth, personable sales rep. Jose Villar, first and foremost, just listened and answered our questions about 2013 Camrys. He then directed us to the lot to explore and think about what we wanted, where LeRoy, another sales rep., went out of his way to answer additional questions we had. We tentatively chose a specific Camry LE and left it at that. We returned the next day, and after having all of our questions answered by Jose, decided to buy an LE. Processing the purchase with a trade in ran into a few delays because of some shortcomings on our part. This was handled patiently and professionally, with the help of Daryl Callahan, a sales manager. ( Of additional note : If Jose was unsure of an answer, he researched it or went to someone else to find out. It was a busy day, and we noticed how well and seamlessly everyone worked together ). We drove off in a new vehicle at a fantastic price. For the first time in our lives, the process of buying a car was enjoyable. We will definitely return. Sincerely, Ed and Gail Shuster More
