Walked in to look at Tacoma's and a few days later purchased a 2013 Tacoma SR5. The Sales consultant, Mike Steinke, couldn't have been any more helpful and accommodating. I entered the door at Toyota not knowing what to expect. I have never owned a Toyota nor did I know if I wanted to. Michael had a great sense of humor, terrific knowledge of the cars and did everything I asked of him and always smiling. I must have asked for prices and quotes on 6 models and kept changing the numbers and he always provided them efficiently. I couldn't be happier with my new Avalon Hybrid and the experience I had at DCH Wappingers Toyota. Even with the volume they do in that location, when I was there Michael and the team made me feel like I was the only one there. Great Car, Great Price, Great Experience. More

This is my third lease in a row with Toyota. As always they are a great team and moved us through the process easily and efficiently. Everything Ron Wilson told us came true; there were no surprises at the signing of the lease. We compared the deal with a local Hyundai dealer and they couldn't come close to what Toyota provided. I've used the service department for six years now without a single problem. Be prepared, the place is busy for a reason! All in all a great experience. I know Ron Wilson is one of the newer sales reps, but he did a great job and should do well there. More
