I had previously bought a 2008 Toyota Sienna from the dealership and was looking to trade it for a new more practical vehicle for my changing family. I approached Naeem Randall with my requirements, and it resulted in the smoothest transaction I've ever had in my car buying experience. This is the eighth vehicle I've purchased in total. Naeem's no nonsense approach and knowledgeability was quite welcoming. Trade-in value was great, as well as purchase price. I hadn't expected to actually leave with the vehicle that day, but Naeem made it happen, even stayed after closing and helped me transfer personal items incuding a bulky child car seat between vehicles. He was truly a pleasure to work with. The following week I returned with a friend who was in the market to trade for a Toyota certified car, and Naeem made that transaction happen just as smoothly. I've since recommended the dealership and Naeem to several friends and acquaintances. The price I was willing to pay at a dealership 5 miles from my house was the price offered for the exact same model 2012 Avalon by DCH without even asking. That was just the beginning of a great process. Anna Delaney of the internet sales department was extremely helpful and responsive. She arranged for Michael Gottuso to work with me. After my previous bad experiences with other dealerships, I had no expectations that I would end up coming away with a positive view of the process. I have. Every aspect was handled seemlessly and with great courtesy and professionalism. Michael was extremely helpful in making all the arrangements, picking me up at the station, and patiently explaining all features of the car. I truly enjoyed the event. Location: I never would have considered going so far to purchase a Toyota with so many other dealerships on Long Island. Now I wouldn't consider anyplace else. I took the train from Manhattan into New Hamburg; Michael picked me up at the station -- it couldn't have been more convenient. Yes, I had a two hour drive back -- that also added to the experience. My only complaint is Service Department-related. I had a trailer hitch installed on the new truck before picking it up, which required the removal of some plastic interior trim pieces. I later discovered that they were not reinstalled well. One clip was missing, and integrated clips/alignment pins on two of the plastic trim pieces were broken. Not Rob's fault, of course. More

We did a lot of shopping around for a Toyota Sienna XLE and contacted the internet sales department at DCH Wappinger Falls Toyota based on prior experience with a DCH dealership. The experience was the most pleasant car-buying experience we have had. Our first contact, Anna Delany from their internet sales deprtment was excellent at follow-up, understanding our concerns around price/trade-in and getting the right managers (Ernie Forcello/Karl Boyce)involved as needed. Once we stepped foot in the door we fully expected everyone to not have records of our prior phone conversations and expectations available - to our surprise everything was electronically recorded and waiting for us. Richard Schiro our assigned sales rep was excellent as well. He explained all the features of the Toyota Sienna; including recommending an additional test drive even though we had driven the car at another dealership. We learned significantly more about the car and features with Rich than we did at the other dealership - he listened and answered our questions, explained positives and negatives of trim levels /options and was very forthright about what the dealership could and couldn't do on price - never once did we feel like we were being upsold, forced, pushed around etc. We have had the car for about two weeks now and have had a few questions on features, records, etc and Rich Schiro has answered every one of the questions diligently and quickly - proving that their post-sales efforts are as good as their sales efforts. We will go back to DCH Wappingers next time we need a car. More

They professionally and patiently provided us with lots of comparison information, along with extensive test driving experiences, over a wide range of city and highway conditions, on at least 5 separate visits to the showroom. The entire process of vehicle selection, price negotiating and taking possession of our Rav4 was very smooth and hassle free, thanks to the comprehensive team effort of the sales reps we worked with: Michael Gottuso (mostly), along with Debby Weiss, and Pinkal Patel. We also have two praiseworthy DCH Toyota experiences, to report, that occurred within about one month after purchase: 1. A slow tire leak (due to a nail) was detected early by the tire pressure sensor system and then quickly repaired, within 30 minutes, by the DCH Toyota maintenance people and free of charge. 2. We attended a very thorough vehicle information seminar that was conducted by the DCH Toyota staff, for the benefit of recent purchasers. This lengthy evening session covered a wide range of valuable explanations and tips, for what was in the owner’s manual for each vehicle of interest and more. Also, the food was great!
