I had done a lot of research on cars.com so i had an idea what the car should cost, took it for a test drive with Jose, who showed me what the car cost the dealership and I also discovered that the salepeople there do NOT work on commission. I got a fair amount on my trade, an 11 year old Chrysler minivan with some serious rust on/in the body. The whole process did not take a lot of time, there was absolutely NO pressure to buy the car or to buy other options. two of my friends also bought their cars at DCH and they both had similar experiences - very good ones, so I feel confident in referring anyone to DCH for a Toyota.
