Two hour and 15 minute wait for NYS inspection I made an appointment in advance and I was at the dealership over 2 hours for a NYS inspection. 1 month review I've never owned a Toyota but have heard from many people that after having owned them that they would never purchase another brand. When I started lo I've never owned a Toyota but have heard from many people that after having owned them that they would never purchase another brand. When I started looking at new vehicles I was referred to Lee Burns at DCH Toyota by a close friend, Jim Consiglio who works for Toyota Motor Corporation. Lee took the time to meet and talk with me and my impression from both of these gentleman is that they are proud of the excellent reputation that Toyota brings and are committed to keeping up with that reputation of excellence and they along with the whole staff at DCH give you the time and effort that you would expect from being close friends and family. It has been a little over 1 month since I purchased a Tacoma TRD Off Road pickup and I have to say that I like this truck, it's big on features and attitude. Having been a police officer for nearly 30 years and a Sgt for most of that time and having served during the time that both Jimmy and Lee proudly served as police officers themselves their outstanding reputations have not diminished. I would recommend DCH Toyota to all my current and past fellow members of law enforcement and to anyone else who expects honesty and integrity. More

Dead battery - on a Sunday! I had the misfortune of finding the battery in my Sienna dead on a Sunday just after lunch. I was able to arrange for a jump start using Toyota Care, I had the misfortune of finding the battery in my Sienna dead on a Sunday just after lunch. I was able to arrange for a jump start using Toyota Care, and get the vehicle to the shop in time to get the battery changed out all in the same afternoon. I was also very happy to find this repair covered by the vehicle warrantee. Thanks to the helpful people at DCH Wappingers Falls Service and Toyota Care for the great support! More
