Service was very timely and the service person, Taryn Bellino, was more than helpful. I had to call back to ask a question and her answers and friendliness were right on the money... Customer satifaction Bellino, was more than helpful. I had to call back to ask a question and her answers and friendliness were right on the money... Customer satifaction is alive and well folks....In the past, I have bought new Toyotas from other dealers, but based on this experience, I think that I would definitely buy from Wappingers... More
My husband and I were looking for a new economical commuter car. Eduardo and his sales manger were great with helping us and finding the right car car to meet our financial needs. We also needed the c commuter car. Eduardo and his sales manger were great with helping us and finding the right car car to meet our financial needs. We also needed the car as soon as possible and Eduardo made sure the car was ready the next day for us. He even stayed later then scheduled to make sure we were comfortable with our new car. More
An episode of black ice and one totaled vehicle later,I found myself in the market for a new car. I had previously owned two Honda's and considered getting another, but had a less than favorable experience found myself in the market for a new car. I had previously owned two Honda's and considered getting another, but had a less than favorable experience at the first dealership visited. My Brother-in-Law has always bought Toyota cars and we have friends who have had their Prius for over six years and both are very happy with Toyota. I took a chance on a Sunday afternoon and happily found that DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota was open. That was when I met Kevin and he was more than pleased to assist me with test drives and offered so much information about the Prius, RAV, and Matrix. There was no 'High pressure salesmanship' and I appreciated that very much. I found that I still had a few questions later that week and returned one evening after work, but Kevin was not there. That was when I met Edwardo and received the same courteous attention that Kevin had given me. I reserved my Prius that evening and I picked it up today!! Yes, I would highly recommed DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota to anyone. More
I wanted to write this review to again thank Pinkal Patel for the great experience my husband & I had at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. We just purchased our 3rd car from them. One of the reasons we went back for the great experience my husband & I had at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. We just purchased our 3rd car from them. One of the reasons we went back to them was the great experience we had with Pinkal. He is a very friendly person, who is very knowledgeable, and cares a lot about his customers. He went the extra mile to find the car I wanted and did so in a very timely manner. We also were very pleased with the purchase price of our new car. We believe that the price we paid was very fair one. Over all I would say it would be hard to find a better place to go to purchase a car. We have recommended them to family & frends. More
my girlfriend and i were looking at numerous brands of mini-vans. we decided that we wanted to test drive and look at the sienna. when we left the house we discussed which dealer to stop at and decided it mini-vans. we decided that we wanted to test drive and look at the sienna. when we left the house we discussed which dealer to stop at and decided it was going to be another dealer, but then changed our mind due to distance but with great apprehenchment from prior bad experiences. we agreed that if any uneasiness "we're out of there." After meeting M.J. and dicussing our needs, he presented what is now our new van. During our many Conversations we learned that our prior experiences were with the old toyota dealership, not with the dch group. The overall experience was very good with one clitch. New car prep... When looking at the new van with M.J.,I had to notice how the prep job seemed rushed. Stickers left on glovebox and tires,as well as the vehicle option list with cost and msrp information left on the right front window. LOng story short, we traded two vehicles of age in and stayed awhile to get the deal to work for us. We are very happy with the way we were treated regardless of who we dealt with from the two minute conversation over the phone prior to bringing the trade ins over, to the half hour talk thru of the never ending paperwork with matt. thank you all for helping us close this deal. M.J.,Matt,Ira More
I was shopping around for a new truck. I had looked at other car dealers and then decided to go to DCH Wappingers. I had purchased my last vehicle there. I intended only to look but the truck that Robert, other car dealers and then decided to go to DCH Wappingers. I had purchased my last vehicle there. I intended only to look but the truck that Robert, the sales rep. I worked with, showed me really caught my attention. He was great to work with. Had he been a pushy salesman I would have left. He was very patient and attentive to my specific needs and wants in helping me find what I was looking for. I am very pleased with the level of service I was afforded. My only negative comment is that I do not really like the pressured sales pitch for extended warrenties that I had to sit through with the sales manager Matt. Other than that my over all experience was very enjoyable and I will recommend DCH Wappingers to any of my friends who are looking for a vehicle. More
This is the second car I have bought in the past three months from this dealer and salesman. The service the second time was even better than the first (which is hard to imagine). I received an excellen months from this dealer and salesman. The service the second time was even better than the first (which is hard to imagine). I received an excellent interest rate (.09%) and an even better trade in for a car with 210,000 miles. Mr. Schaefer (a former member of the U.S. Coast Guard) went out of his way to help me and my family buy these two cars. My first new car was a Sienna and the most recent car was a Venza. Both cars have been excellent to drive and are typical of the Toyota owned in the past. In fact, the two cars I traded in (both above 200,000 miles) were also Toyotas that I bought at this same dealership many years ago. More
My husband & I had an exceptional experience at Toyota due to Pinkal Patel & Robert Schaefer. Pinkal is an extremely knowledgeable, efficient & friendly salesman/person. We enjoyed our "talks" wi Toyota due to Pinkal Patel & Robert Schaefer. Pinkal is an extremely knowledgeable, efficient & friendly salesman/person. We enjoyed our "talks" with him as he made us feel at ease working with him. We did not experience the "typical" feeling (pressured) you get from your everyday car dealerships. Our experience was positive & relaxing. These two gentleman seem honest & sincere in the way they conduct business. I would & will recommend them to friends & neighbors. More
We had a great experience at DCH. Rolando was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He did not put us under any pressure to purchase the vehicle nor did he play any games. So far, we've had no issues with o knowledgeable and helpful. He did not put us under any pressure to purchase the vehicle nor did he play any games. I am the proud owner of a 2004 Toyota 4 Runner and have owned nothing but a Toyota vehicle since 2000. I turned to Toyota to fix my vehicle after having priced the job at a number of other places in the ar owned nothing but a Toyota vehicle since 2000. I turned to Toyota to fix my vehicle after having priced the job at a number of other places in the area and was informed i was looking at over $3100 in repairs and at least 14 hours of in shop labor with which I would be without a means of transport. I had always assumed that dealerships were more expensive than private mechanics and was pleasantly surprised my preconceptions were wrong. Not only was Toyota's estimate $700 less than the competition but from the first phone call I was greeted with a friendly manor, courtesy and respect by everyone I dealt with. The majority of my dealings were with Matthew Gaynor who went above and beyond to provide me with excellent service. Mr Gaynor provided me with a more than satisfactory quote and took the time and patience to arrange for not only the repair of my vehicle but for me to be accommodated with a loaner vehicle for the duration of my repairs. Mr Gaynor updated me during the week regarding my repair status and took the time to answer any questions I had. Mr Gaynor informed me he was going out of town for a short while during the repair of my vehicle and that he wanted to make sure I was well taken care of despite his absence. Mr Gaynor provided me with the name of a co-worker whom he fully informed of my situation and to whom I could turn while he was away. Upon the completion of my repairs Mr Gaynor informed me that the total cost was slightly higher than the estimate. He was more than happy to answer my questions as to why that was, and I was more than satisfied with the explanation. On the day of pick-up I arrived at the dealership and am surprised to say that every single employee I encountered was smiling, courteous, and pleasant. Let me take a moment to interject by telling you that I deal in "customer service" on a daily basis working as an RN in a busy emergency room. Just like people coming in with cars that are "sick" which makes them unhappy, I too deal with people who are in need of "repairs" and are unhappy. To have walked into a busy "car ER" and be taken care of so swiftly and courteously was a breath of fresh air, I am sure it is not always easy to do and so it was extremely appreciated. I finally had the pleasure of meeting Mr Gaynor for the first time that day after weeks of phone messages and conversation. As Mr Gaynor handed me my bill and thanked my for my patronage he told me that he was able to take care of the extra cost above that which he had quoted me for the repairs and kept the price to the original estimate. I was speechless. He insisted that I had spent a good deal of money on my repairs and that this was just a small token of Toyota's appreciation of my business. I left there that day knowing for certain I had not made a mistake in choosing Toyota of Wappingers Falls for my repairs and that they had gained a customer for life. I have trusted Toyota as my vehicle of choice for over 11 years now, and hope to be an owner for life. Thank you Mr Gaynor and thank you Toyota. Keep up the great work! P.S. I bet it would be a pretty funny to use the "car ER" as an idea for a Toyota service commercial... "car CPR stat!" ... saving lives one car at a time...lol... anyway... have a great day : ) More
