We have been looking for a new car since last spring. Our experiences with dealers and especially salesmen was terrible. Jose was the first one we trusted. We appreciated that he didn't have to keep going to his manager to see if he could get a better price. That is probably one of the worse parts of shopping for a car. Jose was friendly, but not overly pushy and explained everything well. He was able to locate the vehicles we wanted to try and gave us space to talk about what we wanted to do (sales vs. lease). The main attraction was the deal on the lease. We already have a Camry bought from DCH that is now over 130,000 miles and going well. That experience and the experience provided by Jose plus the affordability of your current pricing was why we now have a new Camry. It is our first lease so we shall see how if we still feel as good when the three years are up. We hear many horror stories of dealers who charge for a lot of extra stuff at the end of the least. Hopefully, that will not happen. More

Our experience with DCH Wappingers was excellent from the moment we walked into the showroom (actually it was smooth from the initial phone call with an internet sales rep. They were very busy (slammed actually) but we were speaking with a sales rep within 2 minutes and he exemplified the new "no hassle" policy and process they profess. Eduardo was polite and professional, yet fun and personable, and since we knew we wanted a Sienna when we walked in, he just eased through the process of helping us select the right one for a great price. On the 2nd day we went to the dealership (to pick up the Sienna) we were with our two kids (4 & 1 y/o) and Eduardo went out of his way to blow up some balloons for them. All his colleagues, from Sales Managers to finance guys all came across as genuine, easygoing and professionally sound. We would recommend this Dealership to anyone purchasing a Toyota. More

They offered my several service and maintenence packages which I declined and there was no hard sell. The delivery was smooth and my new car is fantastic. As I told Bobby and a few of the managers, it was the first time I walked away from a new car purchase not feeling dirty or taken advantage of. They also gave me a fair trade on my 2001 Nissan Pathfinder. I can say without a doubt that if there is a Toyota you are interested in, then DCH Wappinger Falls Toyata is the place to buy it. More
