Everyone I interacted with was kind easy to talk with. The text message updates are also extremely useful and informative. It's nice seeing feedback directly from the mechanics. It made the NY state inspection easy and streamlined. My only criticism is that the inspection took 2 hours from when I dropped off my car to when I received my car back.
