Becky, We're trying to understand your post. You came in with a brake problem, at which point we diagnosed for free on a 16 year vehicle that has never been here before. You are correct that a headlight restoration was recommended. Clear headlamps only promote safe driving. The rest of the multipoint inspection uncovered a head gasket and water pump leaking, along with several other concerns that were visually inspected. No pressure sales, just informing you of the issues we spotted on the inspection. I'm sorry you feel we did something wrong to generate a negative review. We wish you all the best.
